Good on Paper currently accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express credit cards. If you wish to pay with a personal check please email lisa@goodonpaperdesign for an order total. Your order will not be shipped until the check is cleared - about 7 to 10 business days.
We collect 8.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Residents in other states are responsible with complying with local state tax laws.
All returns, including defective merchandise, must be returned to Good on Paper within 7 business days from receipt of item. If the merchandise was defective due to our error (as opposed to shipping damage), shipping costs will also be reimbursed. Otherwise all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In order to receive credit for the full amount of purchase, the item must be received by Good on Paper in its original unopened packaging in resalable condition. Enclose the merchandise receipt in the shipment with your exchange request and details including contact information and reason for return/exchange.
